Speech Team Kicks of Season with a Championship!

The Bridgeport Speech Team traveled to Chadron on Saturday, January 20 for their first meet of the year. Although they didn't even go with a full team, they were able to win the class C-D Sweepstakes. The Bulldogs competed against Scottsbluff, Gering, Alliance, and Chadron, Morrill, Mitchell, Gordon-Rushville, and Bayard.

The Bulldog Speech Team's next meet is next Saturday, Jan. 27, in Scottsbluff.

In Oral Interpretation of Drama, the five member team of Titus K., Tonya B., Alex C., Ashley L., and Katie V. took 1st place with their performance of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
