Pizza Hut donates pizza boxes to writing classes at BHS

One day this summer when Mr. Keszler was having lunch in Gering’s Pizza Hut, he asked the manager of the restaurant if she would be willing to donate 80 pizza boxes to his English classes as a place for students in grades 9 and 11 to keep all their writing materials, including folders, rough drafts, pens, pencils, etc.
“It really has worked perfectly for us and I appreciate the donation Pizza Hut made,” said Mr. Keszler. “It’s good advertising for them and it gives our students a place to put their materials in the classroom. It’s a nice alternative for our students so they don’t have to store all their stuff in their locker all the time.”
Thanks to Pizza Hut for helping support writing at BHS.
