Wrestlers take it to the mat at Mullen

On Saturday December 1, 2007, the Bridgeport wrestlers traveled to compete in the Mullen invite. They all wrestled with intensity and kept the competition on their toes. Taylor Covalt won two matches and lost one placing 2nd in the 171 weight class; Chance Cunningham won one match and lost one placing 2nd in the 189 weight class. Tyler Eichthaler lost one match placing 2nd in the 140 weight class, and Chance Hall lost one match placing 3rd in the 119 weight class. Nicholas Lapaseotes won one match and lost one placing 2nd in the 125 weight class, and Shane Laux lost two matches in the 152 weight class, while A.J. Luce won two matches and lost one in the 215 weight class. The team placed 4th overall. Congratulations and Good Luck at your next meet!
