Eighth Grade girls’ basketball team competes at Bayard

The Eighth Grade girls’ basketball team traveled to Bayard on
Saturday, December 15 where they competed against teams from
Morrill and Bayard.
Bridgeport lost the first game to Morrill with a final score of
21-11. Ashley Stevens was the top scorer with 8 points followed by
Tiffany Gomez with two and Kalesha Richter with one.
In the second game, Bridgeport defeated Bayard with a final score
of 18-5. Brittany Hutson, Peyton Hall, and Molly Muth all sunk two
baskets. Ashley Stevens and Jessa Post followed close behind with 3
points each. Good job Bulldogs!
