Lady Bulldogs beat Bayard

On Friday, January 25th, the Bulldogs were host to the Bayard Tigers. They captured a 53-40 win. The win improved their record to 13-1 on the season.
Ashley V led the way in the scoring column with sixteen points. Courtney L registered a double-double with fifteen points and ten rebounds. Natalie H followed with seven points.
Renae J chipped in six assists while V added three. Vergil also ended the night eight for ten at the free throw line. Molly S was five of six from the free throw line. Other contributors to the score board are as follows: Charlee W, 5 points; Manda S, 2 points; Renae J, 3 points; Molly S, 5 points.
Coach Schluterbusch commented on the game, “We played pretty well but didn’t guard the perimeter very well on defense, and Bayard shot well and played really hard as a team.”
