Boys Basketball (Weekend of January 15-16) Results

On Friday, January 15th, the boys traveled to Kimball to play against the Longhorns. The final score in that game was Kimball 62, Bridgeport 51. Scorers for the Bulldogs were Pierce F with 19, Bryce D with 16, Taylor M, Trey B and Jaime G all had 4 a piece and Trevor B had 2. Top rebounders for Bridgeport were Bryce D with 8, Pierce F with 6 and Shiloh H with 5.
On Saturday, the boys hosted Mitchell. They hustled very hard the first half, only trailing three points by the half. The second half, however, proved to be difficult, with the boys tiring out in the fourth quarter. Mitchell won this contest by a score of 56-38. Scorers for this game were Bryce D with 18, Taylor M with 10, Pierce F had 6 and Shiloh H had 4. Defensively, Bryce D led the team in rebounds with 10, followed closely behind by Piecre F with 9. Taylor M had 4 and JaimeG had 3, followed by Trey B with 2 and Shiloh H with one.
The boys will play in Sidney on Friday night and will also travel to Morrill on Saturday. Good luck Bulldogs!!
